New roofing work is covered by both a materials warranty from the manufacturer and a labour warranty from JMC Roofing. Warranty length depends on the material and system installed, and full details are confirmed in writing with every new roofing quote.

Yes. JMC Roofing is Trade Qualified and Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) certified, and fully insured, so new roofing work is carried out to New Zealand Building Code standards from consent through to completion.
